Ever since installing SP2, I have begun getting a pop-up
notification via the taskbar saying that "such and such
job has been sent to so and so printer. Total pages:
XX" (obviously paraphrased). For every job, this message
appears and lingers on the screen until closed or after
several seconds. Anybody know a way to turn this
notification off?

I have the same problem Ken and it is frustrating. Have you found a solution
on how to turn it off yet?

Got to 'Printers and Faxes' - File - Server Properties - Advanced - there
you can make some choices.
Hope this helps.

I had previously tried this at server level (before placing this post) and it
didn't work but I have since done it at individual pc level and it works!!
Fantastic!
