Quiet case fans?

I'm looking for a good place to get 2 or 3 quiet case fans that put out a decent amount of air. I don't overclock, and have no intention to in the future, I just want to make sure things are well ventilated. I don't want to spend more than $10 or $15 per fan. Could anyone recommend a specific brand/model and a place to order them if they're not carried in many local stores? I'd prefer 4 pin power connections as well.
