What is the best overclocking board for an Athlon C 1400 or the new Athlon XP processors?
Reason I am asking is my friend in the country, (the same one that had a cow crap on one of his older system), is going to take on an overclocking project, modifying a water cooling system to a... well, refridgerated booze system, inspired by the phoney overclocking project of an old 486.
Well, a methanol system anyway.
What he intends to do is insulate the inside of his computer in a custom case (prevent any condensation frying the board and other electrical bits), construct either a processor cooling box only, or maybe a dual cpu/graphics cooling solution. The alcohol will be run through a modified mini-bar freezer unit which will be located under the workstation where he will have the computer, which he is saying can get things down to a nice and frosty -22 C.
He just hasn't decided what mobo will be the best for this project.
Any suggestions?
