When i look at fire

Whenever i look at fire, (not candles or other small flames) lik a bon fire or a stove fire in houses or fire in the The ship in whiterun my games glitches. The screen freezes, i can still see like door icons moving. If i move my body my sword leaves a trail however if i look away it fixes. This really annoying. Can someone plz help me? Btw I tried disabling any mods that change textures or effects but it stays the same.

install different gfx drivers. reinstall the game and make sure you meet minimum requirements.
