how i i forgot my security key for my wireless/ hw i recover her?

You need to reset your router to its default state and then set a new wireless password for your router and connections. What sort of wireless router do you have?

Most routers have a reset button on them that resets the device back to its original configuration, including resetting the admin password to how it was shipped. It also resets the router's wireless configuration, etc.
