Alpha HSF

It's me again. I'm deciding of getting one of these Alpha HSF at www.phamcomputer.com. PAL6035 and PEP66. They are coupled with ADDA fan in the range from 28.3CFM/37.0dBA to 13.2CFM/16.1dBA (they have the scrolldown menu). Again, this is what my system look like

1ghz P3 with CUSL2
365W Enermax Whisper
Dual 80X80 Enermax Thermo Case Fan
512mb ram
Radeon VIVO
SBlive Value
D-Link NIC
(1) 40gb 60GXP (getting another big storage HDD)
16x 106s Pioneer
16x/10x/40x Plexwriter
NewQ Equalizer
Asus iPanel

All I want is a quiet CPU HSF without overheating my system. Will the ADDA fan 13.2CFM/16.1dBA do it? Please help me decide to go for one of those HS with a quiet fan combo. I promise I won't bother you anymore!

 2. I use the Pal-6035 on my Athlon @ 1200, but use a 31cfm fan at 28dba, and can still hear the fan. I'm not all to familiar with heat issues on a P3, so you'd have to buy them and test them, but I don't see why the quieter fan you pointed out on top of a Pal-6035 wouldn't work. I'm very happy with my Pal.
