How long my PC will last?

Hello Community again, I bought recently an HP Gaming PC. This computer came with an AMD FX6100 Six Core CPU 3.30ghz and the GPU was crap so I updated the PC with a new Power Supply and a Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 ti so far it runs the games very well but i would like to know how long my pc will last? I mean how many years?

Heres my PC Specs :

Processor : AMD FX6100 Six Core CPU 3.30ghz
RAM : 10 GB
GPU : Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 ti 1GB

Your GPU will need upgrading in a couple of years for sure.

550 ti is about where the new xbox is likely to land. so i would say give it 2 years and you will need to jump to a 760 or 860 (yeah i know they havent been released yet) but these will likely be the midrange in 2014.

The GTX 550 TI already has problems with ultra settings on many games. It really depends on you, whether you want the fancy graphics newer games can provide.

This is just a guess of course i can't see into the future nobody really can lol 2 years max

Depends on what type of games your playing, but I give it 18 months for the GPU. The CPU could have legs if the promised performance boost of Win8 for the FX comes good.
