After updating XP with SP2, my Canon Multipass F30 does
not work properly. I have to go into service applet to
restart about every ten minutes. I've gone to Microsoft
and Canon websites and can find no help for correcting
this problem. Can someone please give me a URL to a
specific page that will have a button to correct this
problem?

As posted above in answer to a similar problem with Canon multi-function
units and SP2:

As far as I can determine, the only fix is to remove SP2. Try printing.
If there are problems, remove the drivers and install the latest from
the Canon website using their instructions.

I have been told that Canon is aware of the problem with certain of the
drivers for certain multi-function units and is working on driver
revisions. To confirm, try contacting Canon support.

Let us know.
