I was thinking it has plenty of room to mount a water cooler internally.

Either internally using on of the 120mm fan mounts, or externally at the same spot. Using that particular exhaust as an intake.

Now I see...

I would recommend going with it internally, on the left as you look from the back. Won't interfere with other components there (I think).

Less clutter with it internal.
