Hello,

I'm going to be getting a phone on Friday and I needed someones advice. I
know that I want Verizon as my carrier. However, I'm not sure about any of
the phones that they offer. Here are most of my requirements:

Speakerphone
Picture caller ID
Able to personalize ringtones with any song I want to.
I would most definitely prefer that it be a flip phone.
No pda cellphones

I've been looking at the LG, Samsung, and Motorola models. I didn't like
the v710 motorola phone because it was too large.

VZW ofers 15 day swap if not happy with a phone so you can try it.
I do not know what "picture caller ID" is.

Take a look at the Verizon Wireless site to see what's offered right now.
Then search the web for reviews of those phones. You can also see what's
offered at Verizon stores and Verizon partner stores to see what they offer.
Personally, I have the LG VX8000, which offers all that you ask in your
initial message, and I couldn't be happier.
