Which HSF?

I have an Abit KG7 mobo and a 1.333 "AYHJA" athlon. Which heatsink, the Alpha PAL0945 or the Swiftech MC462-A will allow me to overclock higher? How high? Also will either one fit on the KG7 cuz it has capacitators close to the ZIF. Thanks.

#1 - Both give equal preformance. It comes down to cost.

Alpha PAL-8045 (I assume you mean that one) is almost identical to the Swifttech, so I would assume that works too.
