Here's an A7A266 review:

From reading some reviews on the ECS K7S5A, I know for a fact that it isn't meant for overclocking. It's just good as a cheap, but stable motherboard.

Here's a ECS K7S5A Review:

If you wanted to use the ECS motherboard, it'll let you use the SDRAM until you wanna upgrade to DDR. But, don't expect to overclock. I guess the A7A266 does too, but I think it overclocks probably better. It's $120 <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=22&manufactory=1315" target="_new">here</A>, compared to the ECS for $57 <A HREF="http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=22&manufactory=1414" target="_new">here</A>.

Anyways, hope that helps a little. Happy hunting!
