Arctic silver T-Adhesive ,Reversible?

Ok,This is the situation,i Used Arctic silver Thermal Adhesive to Attach Ramsinks on my Vidcard (Radeon 7K but this is irrelevant) And i think ,that i might have Spilled some of that [-peep-] on the circuits feet.The question is whether or not this stuff can be removed without damaging the Card,and if yes , then how to??.

Thanks dude, they didn´t have any help ,or atleast i couldnt find anything.But it turns out my Radeon WORKS! and the waterblock+ramsinks sit neatly on top of it .Hooray!
