Turtle Beach x12 Problem

Hello,

I am running windows 7 x64 and I just bought this turtle beach x12 headset today.

Everything seems to work great - except one little problem - My Mic is always on! (and I can hear myself when I speak in the headset) - The only way I can sit and do anything is to mute it via the button on the cord.

However, I would like to use this for playing online and I will need my Mic turned on for this.

I know it's because of the USB - however I can't seem to figure out how to fix it in windows.

Anyone help me please?

Turtle Beach headsets tend to give you part of your voice back to you so you know how loud you are talking. Try it in a multiplayer game, it should be fine. I had X31's that stopped me talking so loudly at night time, worked great.
