how far have people overclocked their 1800+ cpus?

Hey, I myself have an 1800+ clocked to 1.666ghz (12x140) and get temps from 33-43. I've got the cpu on a kg7 raid and cooled by an alpha pal8045 w/ delta fan. I was wondering what speeds have others gotten and how far they pushed the multiplier and fsb. I want to push further but don't want to do something foolish.

alright, right after i posted this, i ran into some trouble with my computer. I'm not sure if this has to do with my overclocking, but when downloading this file (it is in a rar archive so many rars at 15MB each), about 12 of 100 rars were not downloaded. The download would begin and then just hang in the middle of the download, any clue on what is happening?

is the whole windows hangs or just the download hangs?

Just the download, say the rar archive was compiled of 50 rars. I'd download 40 of the 50 skipping rars 12,13,20 and whatever. I ran prime95 for 12 hours and no errors or warnings came up. I brought my cpu back to its regular speeds, and i was able to download those rars which i couldnt before

Well, if bringing your CPU down to regular speed solved it, then I woudl suspect that overclocking caused it. Sounds like your modem/NIC isn't functioning too well at your overclocked FSB.
