New Default Printer for All Users

Friends,

We have a network of Windows XP Professional machines
(with SP2) logging into a Windows Server 2003 domain.

Is it possible to set up a new printer on specific
machines and have that printer become the default for
every person who logs into that machine? I have found
instructions as to how to specify the default printer for
users who log into a machine for the first time, but I
need to re-specify the default printer for -every- user,
including those who have logged in before and already have
a profile created for themselves.
