Selling a game.

I recently went to a games festival, where I won a copy of the unreleased game, Madagascar 3. I have no use for the game and will never play it, so I was wondering if there would be any legal implications with selling a game that wont be released for around three months. I've searched the internet for help but can't find any.

well if you legally own it cant see why you cant sell it

unless there were terms and conditions attached to whatever competition you won it in prohibiting selling it
