How to add printer for users?

Hi all,

How can i add printer for user without login to their
account? I have a few network printer on my network. I
would like to add printer for all the users without
actually login to their accounts. Also since they are all
network printer. i am aware of that if you got a local
printer, you can just give the user permission in order to
add printer for them. But how can i do it for a network
printer?
