It says:document failed to print
-printer name..........
-time sent...........
when you have completed the printer set up it gives me a
pop up and asks OK or TROUBLE SHOOT
i had a hp840c connected to the comp and it worked fine
until four days ago,i took the printer in and was told
that the pc board was fried, ive tried connecting the
current printer OFFICEJET K80 as well as a HP 90c and it
seems that the computer accepts it and there is a comms
problem between the comp and printers
i took the comp in to have it checked out and it seem the
it is not reading the drivers ive even tried it on the
UCB port and nothing happened
i would appreciate your help as it month end for me

Did you have the motherboard replaced?

Did you completely uninstall ALL printers as per Bruce Sanderson's article
at:
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm
(remember you MUST disconnect the printer(s) from the PC before this.

Are these printers connecting via the LPT port or the USB port?
