Did you have the motherboard replaced?
Did you completely uninstall ALL printers as per Bruce Sanderson's article
at:
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm
(remember you MUST disconnect the printer(s) from the PC before this.
Are these printers connecting via the LPT port or the USB port?
