Fax cover

When sending a fax through fax console 5.1.. an occasional error occurs as
follows:

- the text in the subject and notes fields from a previous faxcover are
being sent
with each additional fax even if the checkbox is not selected to send a
coverpage.

However If you back out of fax console and reopen then the problem is
corrected until the next time you send a faxcover

Anyone come across this problem and if so any fixes??
