Incoming Fax Problem

I have Windows XP fax factory installed. I have tried to install countless
times. I cannot receive faxes it says (error occured): however I can send
faxes w/ no problems. I
have McAfee Security and Firewall, and Sbc DSL. At one time it worked
perfectly, but something has occured that I have no knowledge. My computer is
HP pavilion.I hope that this is enough information
