Looking for an older game. Card-game similar to Magic in the Win98/ME.

I tried a beta-game back in the Win98/WinME days. It was a card game similar to Magic the Gathering, but not quite. On the computer and online.

It came out in-stores before Magic got it's game out.

There was some graphical interaction and the cards had a bit of animation or video. You could trade cards, or play to win. You had to buy decks or packs from the company to expand your digital collection.

Can't remember if it was offline also. I couldn't really play on a 56k modem.

I remember there was magical stuff, but I remember military cards and modern images or elements to it.

Anyone have any ideas?


Any recommendations for such games as these?
