Hi all ~ I am in an elementary scholl lab setting; 32
computers; (3)HP DJ5550 printers and an HP JetDirect
500x. I am getting virtually nowhere with HP on this.
What happens is this. (On a Netware 5.1 NOS, btw). I
configure my printer to print to a TCP/IP port; print a
test page without fail; however the document stays in the
print queue for nearly 2 minutes (1:50 to be exact).
Anyone heard of this situation?

Thanks
Tim

On Netware you may use the "capture" utility to set the "autoendcap"
feature, which monitor the "afterprint" port behaviour and flush the
print data if port is on idle some time (if I remember netware well,
the time of autoendcap should be set manually)

Have a luck.
