Trouble Running Amnesia:Dark Descent on PC

Hello,
I am trying to run Amnesiaark Descent on my Compaq Laptop(only about 290 dollars). Everything seems fine when it runs, but when the game begins, I can only see the mouse Curser(hand) and subtitles but the screen is black otherwise so I can't play? Does anyone know how to help me?

Ah, that happened to me with my old laptop. You need to update your graphics card driver. If that doesn't work then your pc might not meet the minimum specs.
