Ok, my room is kinda cold (it being in a corner of teh house), and mydad likes to keep teh heat low. Is there anyway I can get my comp (Athlon 1.2Ghz) to blow out more hot air (obviously w/o damaging comp)?

What if your life moved.....2 inches to the left?

Put a case fan right over the hsf. That'll blow ambient right on the processor, without the couple o' extra degrees added on the way through the case.

If you're really feeling froggy, you can set up a diverter and blow the air upwards toward the psu/blow hole.

are you talkin about turning your computer into a space heater?
i think to do that you could put a peltier with a heatsink on it on the outside of the case...and hook it up to an old at power supply.
that would give off a bit o heat.
also, another thing you could do is make an air chillerz...
to do that, you put a heatsink on the cold side of the peltier, and cut a hole the size of the peltier in the case.
well, basically, you sandwich the peltier with heatsinks, fans if you want to maximize it, and then mount it with the cold side inside the case.
that would put off some heat in your room, and cool off the inside of the case.
here is a link to how to make one.

maybe that will work for you!
or you could always just get a space heater...
