can't get my lexmark z32 printer to install in windows XP.
what can i do about this?

Disconnect the printer from the PC. Ensure that any previous installation
is COMPLETELY removed....

After cleanup, reboot.

Download a new set of driver software from the Lexmark website at
www.lexmark.com..... install the software and do NOT reconnect the printer
to the PC until the software tells you to do so.
