Help with getting a new MB

I am looking to get a new Mb for the XP CPU and I want to know which to get.
I want to OC and Be stable and get realy Good Benchmark scores. I want to beat a friend of mine.
and What speed of DDR Ram to get 2100, 2400, 2700?

I have the ASUS A7V266-E and really like it. For OC memory use 2700 for fastest. Check review below.
