Picture Viewer

The picture viewer is quicktime instead of windows. How
can I change this

you can change the default for any type of file by opening windows explorer,
right click the file, select choose program under "open with" then select
the program you want it to open with. be sure to add a check in the check
box if you want it to always use that program.
