Batman Arkham City

I have just bought batman arkham city PC. I put the disks through my machine and then do the product code. All fine.

But when i first go to play the game it says "release data check failed" so i follow the instructions and then i get to the point with the offline activation tool. I can do the activation request file easy. But with the license activation it wont let me activate it. Could someone tell what programme i run the license activation because i was up till 2 o'clock and still i have nothing?

There might be a problem with your internet connection or maybe u've blocked the game from your firewall
Try re-installing it and off your firewall.
