Im running a delta 60x60x25 on my thermalright SK-6 copper heatsink and its really LOUD  . It keeps my CPU at 36C (idle) but is just too loud. Does anyone know of a fan that would push about the same CFM with less noise?

if you are wondering how im getting 36C i also have 3 case fans (one in front and two in the back)

any input/advice would be helpful..

thank's

You could get a 60 to 80 adapter and run a more quiet 80mm fan.

You can use <A HREF="http://www.coolerguys.com/cpucool/filtersguard.shtml" target="_new">this</A> funnel contraption to use a 80mm fan where you 60mm fan used to go or you can more effectivly use <A HREF="http://www.2cooltek.com/retro.html" target="_new">this</A> idea instead.

There are a lot of sites to check out fans. Check this site to start
with. The even sell adjustable rehostats that you could fasten to
your existing fan to slow it down a little which would more quiet.
