Xinput1_3.dll missing! HELP

I JUST WANT TO PLAY WITCHER 2! Sheesh. I have been working at this problem for a week and a half now to no avail. Any tips would be appreciated because even though they might sound obvious to you it is more then likely i haven't done it.

It's simple .... download the missing file from google :
Type '' Xinput1_3.dll download''
Download the zip file from ''dll-files.com''
unzip it and copy that file to your game directory.
Run the game .... ENJOY !!
 
exactly download the direct x sdk and redist june 2010 is the latest i think... but what ever you find newer. download the whole thing and install it.
downloading xinput1_3.dll can lead to infections or system instability you may get a version that isnt for your version of windows or comes from a disreputable host.

I've had this problem before ;) It came because the game was Copy-Pasted and not installed, so I thought it was what @Arslan94 wrote first and I tried pasting it, it didn't work, so I downloaded the latest version of DirectX and boom, works like a charm ;)
