Hi

yust wanted to let you all know of a cooling system that i'm using right now (pictures can be found on http://www.winas.com/modules.php?set_albumName=computers-watercooling&op=modload&name=gallery&file=index&include=view_album.php )

since i don't move my computer around and wanted a water cooler cheep, i made it myself, it cost me about $70 total... and i'm not using a single fan either ..

I'm running a Athlon XP 1800+ and 150Mhz bus (haven't had time to do the multiplier hack yet), it's running 45 celsius now, and about 47-50 celsius under heavy load ..

i'm u sing a digidoc 5 to take some other temps to, the waterblock is 33 celsius now ..

i'm using a watercooler from a Peugeot205 (car), thats why i don't need any fans .. :)

dam, I'm, at work at the minute and have limited net access, I'll have a look when I get home, one thing to be aware of, at the moment its cold (well it is here- uk) and my water temp/cpu temp have dropped considerably since I made my watercooling system a few months ago, I documented the project on <A HREF="http://www.calvsplace.cwc.net" target="_new">my site</A> but I ahvent updated for a while, I now have a 1400@1700- had a 1000 @ 1400 when I did the site, I WILL update it soon.

seen it, lookes good, very similar to my setup, I also went cheap where possible hence the plastic storage boxes, the only thing I didnt skimp on was the pump (and of course the waterblock)
