How to overclock

Hi Im new here. I have an old AuthenticAMD x86 Family4 model 9 Stepping 4, 24 mb ram, windows 98,MB PVI-486SP3, maccase Power supply model MG-250EP, 1gig HDD, standard floppy and CD-ROM. Never done this before have always wanted to learn how to overclock, but havent got clue one as where to begin. I dont expect you to do the work for me, If you could kinda help me along maybe a site with a step by step. Or any help, would be very greatful . TY ahead of time.
