Dx9 games wont work

you need to install the latest direct x sdk and latest runtimes. for each game you should use the direct x that comes with it. if your using cracked software then im sorry i cant help you further.

It's legit and yes all the latest runtimes and direct x, and drivers and updated the bios to the motherboard. no joy  

K the clean install was done on a new hard drive the old hard drive with windows on it from before the upgrade was connected into the new system as well. (I was hoping to format it and use it as a slave) the windows on the old drive somehow conflicted with the new windows, preventing all dx9 features to stop. so i ripped out the old drive and fukfangdoola it's all working as it should
