How can I put a link in a post that allows the reader to hit it and link to the site or picture. I did copy and paste but it just gives the address and the reader must then type it in to go there. Also, are pics of say a mobo allowed or is it proper to just post the link? Hope this is the right place for this question? Thanks

No pic tags are allowed.

You can click on the left FAQ menu link to check lots of tag commands. The URL one is [ url ] without the spaces, and to close it [ /url ].

thanks eden...I just tried and it didn't work right...I will have to practice more, as well as read those faqs better. I am in the middle of trying to link a newbie to some sites and I was rushing. I think I messed up with the spacing.

{url}WEBSITE{/url}
But switch to brackets.
You can also use {url=WEBSITE}GIVE A TEXT TO YOUR LINK INSTEAD OF THE WEBSITE URL{/url}
Again without brackets.
