I installed a new black ink cartridge, the first one after the trial
cartridge. When the window "install print cartridges" comes up, it will not
allow me to check the black ink cartridge type, and I can't run a test page.
I uninstalled and re-installed the printer and it still does the same thing.
This is Very, very, frustrating. Help!!
