Windows XP Pro (SP1) standalone PC

I want to stop certain accounts on this machine from changing the
printing preferences. i.e. set the printer driver to print in black &
white and stop users from changing this to colour.

I've been playing around in the security tab in the printers
properties but can only seem to stop the printer printing for the
users or they can change the preferences when printing.

Any ideas?
