FPS Display on GeForce3?

Is there a way to display current frame rate while running apps (games, looped Q3A demo)? Don't see an option in my Nvidia drivers, but I hear a lot of folks report different FPSs in certain games, etc. Maybe a shareware tweak tool (like coolbits for OCing)? Anyone?

the option isnt in the display properties but in the game itself, I cant remember what it is for quake3, but Im sure someone can, maybe browse through the games section I'm sure its been posted before.its a console command that you put, works on most games but the conmmand is slightly different for each game, for eg in halfife its cl_showfps or sv_showfps (or something like that lol)

If they squeeze olives to get olive oil, how do they get baby oil?
