When I get to the page of the Photo Printing Wizard, where you would select
the photo size and layout (such as 4x6 or 8x10, etc) the form is blank and
there is no preview. I do not have any choices to select from.
I have the ability to press next and it will print a full page image. (This
would have been the default selection).
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I am running Service Pack 2.
I believe it started to do this after I had some spyware and a virus. I use
AdAware and Spybot and McAfee. Currently there are no viruses or spyware on
my computer.
