Error 0xC004F063 While Activating Win7Ult

I recently reinstalled windows 7 through the backup OS disk.
When I type in my Activation Key for Windows 7 Ultimate it says :

"A problem occured when Windows tried to activate. Error Code 0xc004f063.
Description:
The Software licensing Service reported that the computer BIOS is missing a required licencse"

I googled it and still looking for a straight forward answer.

Got the same error code while activating windows, cannot get in to desktop,gave me the option RFC mode and retype password.
Help?????????
