NFSMW launching problems

When I start my NFS MW,everything goes fine with the intro video.But when the video finishes,it displays an image of a BMW M3 GTR with some cop SUV's behind with a background music.It does not display the blinking option of "Click to Continue".I keep on pressing "enter",but nothing happens.The background music keeps on playing and the lights of cop SUV's keep on blinking,but nothing happens any further.

Is your game patched to the latest version that was released for it?
