I have the LG 6000 I had it in the Dallas area but now I moved to
the Austin area. The signal strength on the LG 6000 is not to good.
When Im at home it drops a lot of calls.I called Verizon and they
recommend the Samsung A670 for the area I live in now.So I would like
to have some opinions.

The LGVX6000 does not have an extendable antenna while the Samsung 670
does. This can make a difference in CDMA reception. If the 670 is not
to your liking the Motorola 710 and V265 are said to have excellent
reception. Each has an extendable antenna.

The link below will explain extendable antennas

I have carried both. The 670 with the antenna extended probably has a
slight advantage over the 6000 but its very slight. If you are in a weak
area, the v710 or v265 are both a little stronger on reception.
