Overclocking your system with GF2 GTS

I'm overclocking my pc (athlon classic 700, Asus K7V) and i have no problem what so ever if I use a GeForce 3 from a friend of mine (i got 770 with ram still @ 4/3 FSB and 784 with ram @ 3/3) but when I reinstall my GeForce 2 GTS (32 DDR from Creative) I can't seem to overclock because it freezes and gives dissortion all the time... Does anyone know if there's a way to improve my speed?

hmmm, after a bit of driver tryouts i managed to boot win2k @770, it all runs perfectly for hours in a row until i start a movie in bsplayer, then it freezes
