Hello,

Ever since the installation of XP Service Pack 2, my Xerox (Tecktronix)
Phaser 2135 color printer has not worked.

It used to work fine. Connected to LPT1 port on a laptop.
When looking at the print status tab, it says 'printer not connected to a
bidirectional port', yet, no configuration changes were made, other than the
XP SP2 installation.

Bidirectional cable is fine. All else looks OK. The port box labeled 'enable
bidirectional printing' will not let me key to it. Any ideas what's happened
or how to fix? Thanks for your time.

Tim
