Once my printer has completed a print job the prompt or pop up screen goes
blank and seems to freeze. It is only until I enter CTRL-SHIFT-ESC in order
to end the program. A blank pop up screen appears identifying itself as
LEXMARK 510 SERIES - USB PORT. Can anyone help me on this? Perhaps if I
disabled the prompt? How do I do this?
