I have an Asus A7A266 mboard, with an athlon 900. I use the program Asus Probe to monitor fan speeds and temperature of my cpu. My CPU is currently at 60 degrees Celsius, when the temp drops below 50 degrees, the computer gives off a loud buzzing noise. Do you know why?

Whats the system doing when the temps are at <50?

At lower temps your HSF could be slowing down and causing vibrations. Alternatively, at higher temps your HSF could be so loud that you don't hear the buzzing.
