cannot print due to system error?

Hi,
Recently I purchased Microsoft Works Suite, which happens to include
Microsoft Word. Whenever I try to print a page with Word, I receive the
message that "the requested page cannot be printed due to a system error".
Everywhere else (the internet and other stuff) the printer works perfectly,
the issue comes up only in Word. What can I do to resolve the issue? Thanks.
