Gothic 3 on very low end pc

Hello,i wanted advice from someone that knows computers better than me,recently i downloaded gothic 3 to play it on my low end laptop(1.60GHz,384MB RAM,graphic card 256MB RAM)
and minimal system requirements say that i need at least 512MB RAM to run it...but i can run it on my laptop,game is slow,graphics are terrible and all is like blured.I heard about OLDBLIVION that decreases graphics on Oblivion,so i was asking is there something like that for Gothic 3???

Don't attack people without evidence please. The OP said he downloaded the game. Nothing was said about pirating.

Gothic 3 is a 6 year old game and is available legally from other places besides Amazon.
