Well for starters you don't need 2 power supplies. If your planning to do 3 or 4 way sli/crossfire then something like the corsair AX1200 or AX1200i (when its released) will be better off.
I'd replace the SSD with a mushkin chronos deluxe.
Replace the ram with kington hyperx or corsair vengeance.
You don't really need Windows 7 professional unless you have over 16gb of ram so home premium would be fine for you.
Would really advise against the thermaltake water 2.0 extreme. I think they are way over priced. For that price you could pretty much put together a custom cooling loop that would perform better.
Also i'd replace the 7970 with 2 of these.

Actually I am planning on running 16 gigs of ram and the two power supply's was an accident and those 2 video cards would cost twice as much but thanks I'll look into that ssd
