Usb dongle blue tooth plug n play

Hello, i bought 3 days ago usb dongle blue tooth plug n play device for my acer pc and tried my best to install through USB driver they provided me but doen't complete installation. Am trying to find solution for the last 2 days. Please help. I am looking forward to use blue tooth device while connecting to my laptop from mobile GPRS connection.

i would try finding the latest drivers from the companies web site.
Make sure the device is compatible w/ the version of Win7 you have (32 or 64 bit). Nearly all devices now are fully compatible any way
